RetroMarques Ltd is pleased to offer for sale on behalf of the owner ‘787 COO’, an Austin-Healey 3000 Mark II Convertible (BJ7) in Healey Ice Blue, with performance mods, for recommissioning...

787 COO is for sale on behalf of the late owner’s family. It has been stored for the past few years, fortunately in a dry garage given the lack of corrosion evident, but was reportedly modified by the late owner so as to undertake hillclimbing and it is clear that some significant investment was put into this Healey.

Weber tuning information and actual settings including setup/spec for ‘360 race cam’

Large collection of spares, trim etc

‘COO’ starts readily, the clutch is free, gearbox engages and the brakes are free. This is an ideal car for someone keen on a fast-road spec Healey, perhaps for regularities, novice hillclimbs or sprints, where much of the expensive upgrade work has already been taken care of. The car needs recommissioning for the road and with that done some of the trim and paintwork tidying a little (but nothing substantial required).

The Healey will need to be trailered away as-is, or alternatively purchase the car and have us carry out the recommissioning and any paintwork that may be desired.

Please note that the car can be started but not test driven on the road!

Price: SOLD
